SSB Performance is proud to be featured at the Ohio High School Softball Coaches Association Coaches Clinic, joining some of the top collegiate softball coaches in the country for one of the Midwest’s premier professional development events.

Julie Jones will lead three interactive sessions focused on the mental side of performance — helping high school and travel ball coaches better prepare athletes to compete with confidence, composure, and consistency. Drawing from sports psychology research, neuroscience, positive psychology, and real-world work with athletes and coaches, these sessions deliver practical tools coaches can immediately integrate into practice and competition.

Topics will include the mental side of hitting, building a big-game mindset, and in-game reset strategies athletes can use in seconds. Coaches will leave with clear language, repeatable routines, and evidence-based strategies to strengthen focus, handle pressure, and build a championship culture from the inside out.
