In this 8 week program, you will increase confidence, build mental toughness, create habits & routines of excellence, gain a competitive advantage, increase consistency, and improve focus.

HIGH SCHOOL MENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Teach your team how to win the mental game with this 4-week course focused on the mental things that matter. Coach Jones provides you with weekly easy-to-follow videos for your team, detailed worksheets to help your athletes implement the tools they are learning and a step-by-step guide to help you coach the mental game.

5 MINUTE MINDSET TEAM TRAINING
Join teams from all around the U.S. using this program and let us do the work. We provide weekly lessons and assignments in an easy-to-use online platform to ensure your athletes are incorporating mental tools into their daily routines.

5 MINUTE MINDSET INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
This course provides you with all the tools you need to make mental training a part of your everyday life. Build a mental training routine with weekly prompts, assignments and lessons on our easy online platform. Visualize success, build gratitude and increase your focus as you learn to build routines to increase confidence and control.
